Colour Q Challege #113 - Winter Penguin
Today starts a new color challenge at ColourQ - #113. I don't often create with blue, so this was really a challenge for me! :) I used the Winter Penguin set from PTI (LOVE him!) and my new Block Alphabet Die Collection.
