Let Freedom Ring {CSS 25 Days of Inspiration}

 

Hello there!  TGIF!  Today I am back with another installment of 25 Days of Inspiration with Clear and Simple Stamps!  Just in time for the Memorial Day holiday, I am bringing you a patriotic card  using the Stars and Stripes stamp set!  My home town is just outside of Philadelphia, so the Liberty Bell holds special meaning to me.  You can't have a patriotic card without stars and stripes, so I made sure to add those to my card too!  The stripes are from Designer Lines, all of the stars are from the Taglines set, and the "fireworks" are from Trendy Tags!  This card was so much fun to make... I really enjoyed digging through my CSS stash looking for the perfect stamps for my idea.

A Whale of a Time! {Lawn Fawn Stamps}

 

It's that time again... time for end of the year teacher gifts!  I had some time yesterday to get one of three card/tag sets done.  I got Critters in the Sea for Christmas and hadn't inked it up yet... It's perfect for summer projects! :)  I also used Happy Summer for one of the sentiments.

I am really digging the bright aqua and orange together!  It may just be one of my new favorite combos!!

Country Charm {CSS 25 Days of Inspiration}

 

Welcome to Day 13 of Clear and Simple Stamps 25 Days of Inspiration!!

I love the simple country charm of mason jars, especially when they are filled with wild flowers.  I mixed and matched my Clear and Simple Stamps sets to create a flower filled mason jar mini card and coordinating cube - the perfect little favor for making a simple gift a bit more special.

 

I used the special edition Spread the Love stamp set (this set was sent to those bloggers who participated in the CSS Spread the Love Campaign a few months back.  I also used bits and pieces of a few other stamp sets.  The wood flooring is from Background Basics 1, the wooden tables are from Ragdoll Scene 1 and the tiny flowers are from the Taglines: Critters.  I love digging through my stamp stash to find pieces to build little scenes!  So fun!!

 

I am kind of in love with the Cube die.  It is so cute and compact.  I keep looking for things small enough to tuck inside because they are so darn fun to cut and decorate ;)  The smaller tag from the Tags 1 die set is the perfect finishing touch!

I just love pink and orange together!  I wanted to make a baby girl card since I just had a brand new, super adorable niece!  I used my Paper Smooches A Little Lovin' stamp set and some fun patterned papers and heart dies from Papertrey Ink.

Festive Friday Guest Designer

Hi again!  A few months back, my friend Meredith asked if I would like to be a guest designer for one of her Festive Friday Challenges.  Of course, I said yes! :)

 

Today's challenge photo is so fun and should inspire a lot of unique Christmas cards!  It was a little hard for me to get in the Christmas spirit in May, but this inspiration photo encouraged me to think a little outside the box. :) 

 

 

Immediately upon seeing the trigger word "Sweet", I thought of one of my favorites from Lawn Fawn, Sweet Christmas.  I pulled it out and this is what I came up with:
