Reverse Confetti November SFYTT

Hello there!  Today I have a card to share with you for the Reverse Confetti November SFYTT!  Here is this month's sketch:

And here is my card...

November SFYTT

I started off with a white card base.  To that, I added a strip of Warm Hearts patterned paper.  I used the second largest die from the Lacy Scallop Frames Confetti Cuts die set, to cut a frame from Royal Purple cardstock.  Then, I diecut the pinked circle from the Flowers For Mom Confetti cuts from Royal Purple cardstock, and added the inner circle, also from the same die set, which I cut from the Warm Hearts patterned paper pad. I stamped, colored and diecut one of the little penguins from S'more Love, along with his hat and a few snowflakes from the set.  Then, I stamped a sentiment from the set on the banner diecut from the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts set.  I popped everything up with foam tape, and added some accents with a white gel pen.

Lawn Fawn Black Friday Exclusive - Sealed with a Kiss

Hello there!  It's Black Friday, and as a special treat, Lawn Fawn is offering a FREE stamp set with a $35 purchase!  Plus, if your order is $60 or more, you get the coordinating die set!

Sealed with a Kiss is SO cute!!  It is a great little mini set to use on its own, and it coordinates beautifully with so many other Lawn Fawn stamp sets!

For my card today, I watercolored a background using Tumbled Glass and Broken China distress inks.  When it was dry, I diecut it with the largest die from the Small Dotted Rectangles die set.  I stamped and colored to two little seals using shades of warm grey Copic markers.  I used the rocks from Mermaid for You to perch them on.  I glued the rocks down flat, and popped the seals and speech bubble up with foam tape.  I stamped a sentiment from the set above the seals, and stamped a few tiny hearts from Hello Sunshine in Plastic Flamingo ink.  I popped the panel up on a Narwhal card base, and tied a bow with some Cloudy Lawn Trimmings.

25 Days of Christmas Tags - Reverse Confetti

Hello there! Today I have a tag to share with you for the Reverse Confetti showcase for the 25 days of Christmas Tags, coordinated by Tracey McNeeley!

To create my tag, I started out by diecutting the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts from Lime cardstock.  Then, I used the Big Stripes Tag Layer, cut from Brick cardstock.  I stamped, colored and diecut the Santa and Ruldolph from the Jolly Holiday set.  I adhered the striped layer to the tag with a glue pen, then popped Santa and Rudolph up with foam tape.  I stamped and diecut the speech bubble and snowflakes, also from the Jolly Holiday stamp set.  Then, I stamped a sentiment from the same set on a diecut banner, using the banner die from the Flowers For Mom Confetti Cuts, cut from white cardstock.  To finish things off, I added some accents with a white gel pen, and tied on some red and white twine.

Lawn Fawn Holiday Inspiration Week

Hello hello!!  Today wraps up Lawn Fawn Holiday Inspiration Week, and it's my turn to share a card with you!  I pulled out some of my Christmas/Winter favorites for this one!!

I started off by stamping and heat embossing the Snowy Backdrops image on watercolor paper with white embossing powder.  Then I used Distress Inks to watercolor the background.  I love how the embossing resists the watercolor!  Then, I used the Leafy Tree Backdrops: Portrait, and cut the tree from white cardstock.  I diecut a hill using the Simple Stitched Hillside borders and glued that to the watercolor piece, then layered the tree on top and glued everything to a card base.  I stamped, colored and diecut my favorite sheep from Baaah Humbug, along with some tree lights and presents.  I glued the tree lights to the tree so that it looked like they were wrapped around the branches.  I popped the sheep up with foam tape, and stamped a sentiment from Snow Day on a handcut banner.

Reverse Confetti Crazy for Christmas - Lil Gifties

Hello!  Welcome to day 2 of Reverse Confetti Crazy For Christmas!  Today, we are focusing on little gifts that you can give that might not cost a lot of money, but will hold a lot of meaning, because of the thought behind them. Dressing little things up with pretty wrapping or a handmade tag can really make a difference.  Presentation is everything! :)

As many of you know, I am an animal lover.  I have lots of animal loving friends.  I have a veterinarian.  My husband cuts our Cocker Spaniel's hair, but maybe you have a dog groomer.  A pet sitter.  A dog walker.  I wanted to dress up a little gift for an animal lover in my life.

I found a cute dated ornament in the dollar spot at Target, and some cute berry baskets.  I'm telling you...  That dollar spot is a money pit!! LOL!

Look how cute!  It is ceramic and dated, for $1!  And I added a treat for the recipient's pooch too :)

I created a tag using the largest circle from the Lacy Scallop Circles Confetti Cuts, cut from white cardstock.  Then I stamped and colored images from Paw Prints (LOVE that the profits from this stamp set go to help local animal shelters and rescues!), Jolly Holiday and Merry Christmoose.  I even paper pieced the tree with some Very Merry patterned paper.  Then I stamped a sentiment from Holly Jolly on the banner diecut from Tag Me, and clipped it to the front of the berry basket with a cute little clothes pin.  I created a little tag for the dog bone box using the Tall Tag Trio Confetti Cuts, and the paw prints and heart from Puppy Love, and tied it to the Treat Tube using some matching twine.

Reverse Confetti Crazy for Christmas - Treat Tubes

Hello there!  Today, the Reverse Confetti Crew has a fun post to share with you!!  We are dressing up the Treat Tubes for Christmas!  There are so many possibilities with these little boxes and they make adorable gifts! :)

Treat Tube

For my project today, I made a little hot chocolate ensemble!  I bought a packet of gourmet hot chocolate, and of course, you can't have hot chocolate without marshmallows!

It is hard to see in the photos, but I added a strip of patterned paper from the Very Merry paper pad in the treat tube.  Then I cut the top for the treat tube using the Treat Tube Topper die, cut from Brick cardstock.  I filled the tube with marshmallows, and added the topper, tied with Cappuccino twine.  To create my tag, I diecut another piece of Very Merry patterned paper using the Tag Me dies, then stamped a few images from the S'more Love stamp set and diecut them with the coordinating S'more Love Confetti Cuts.  I popped the little penguin up on the tag, and added some snowflakes using the Snowflakes Trio Confetti Cuts.  I diecut the banner from the Tag Me Confetti Cuts set, and stamped a sentiment from S'more Love, then tied the tag to the Treat Tube.
