Reverse Confetti May Creative Hop

Hello there! It's release day at Reverse Confetti! The new goodies are available NOW in the Reverse Confetti store and at your favorite retailers! And don't forget... if you shop in the RC store, we have a FREE gift with purchase this month!

My card today uses the free set, Hooray, along with The Bear Up There and the Oval Window Panel Confetti Cuts. I started off by watercoloring a background with Distress inks, then added an Oval Window Panel cut from white cardstock. I stamped and colored the bear and his balloons, and popped him up with foam tape. Then, I stamped the Hooray sentiment from the freebie set on a hand cut banner and colored in the letters with Copic Markers.

I added a trio of diecut clouds and lined them with Diamond Stickles and added some white gel pen accents to finish off my card.

Countdown to Confetti - Day 3

Hello there! Welcome to day 3 of the Countdown to Confetti with Reverse Confetti! This month, we are celebrating Reverse Confetti's 8th Birthday and we have a present for you! Get this fun stamp set with purchase! See the blog for all of the details! :)

I have several cards to share with you today using my favorites from the new release! Let get to it!

The first card uses the little fish from the Punny Party stamp set and coordinating Punny Party Confetti Cuts dies, the new Letter Cuts Confetti Cuts, and the free gift with purchase, the Hooray stamp set. I started off by watercoloring a background with Distress Inks, then trimmed the panel to 4" x 5.25".

I stamped and color the fish from Punny Party and a few seaweed and sea stars from the previously released Mermaid Kisses stamp set to build my little scene. The sentiment was made using the new Letter Cuts alphabet dies and a sentiment from Hooray, the free gift with purchase this month. I finished off my card with a scattering of flat sequins to look like bubbles.

Next up are some more adorable critters from Punny Party, along with the new Celebrate Tag Confetti Cuts! I started off with a white panel cut using the Along the Dotted Lines Cover Panel. I added a strip of patterned paper from the Cue the Confetti Paper Pad. I stamped and colored the lion, elephant and confetti from the Punny Party stamp set, and added a third friend, the zebra from the previously released Lemonade Stand stamp set.

The Celebrate diecut was cut from Darling Dots patterned paper, and the shadow as cut from white. I adhered that to the panel, and popped up my critters around it. To finish off my card, I added some white gel pen accents.

Finally, a card using the adorable new Bear Up There stamp set. I started off ink blending a night sky background with Distress Inks and splattered it with white paint and gold watercolor. I stamped and colored several images from the Bear Up There stamp set. To ground the scene, I diecut the previously released Head in the Clouds Cover Panel.

I popped everything up with foam tape, and created a custom sentiment using the Letter Cuts Confetti Cuts dies. To finish off this card, I added some white gel pen accents and Diamond Stickles for some sparkle.

Countdown to Confetti - Day 2

Hello there! Welcome to day 2 of the Countdown to Confetti with Reverse Confetti! This month, we are celebrating Reverse Confetti's 8th Birthday and we have a present for you! Get this fun stamp set with purchase! See the blog for all of the details! :)

My card today features the new Beautiful Balloons and Have Your Cake stamp sets! These sets pair perfectly together to create such fun birthday cards! :)

I started off by cutting a white A2 card base. On top of that, I layered the Big Stripes Cover Panel Confetti Cuts cut from white cardstock. Inside the opening of the cover panel, I ink blended some Wild Honey Distress Oxide ink. I stamped and colored two cake layers, and three bunches of candles from the Have Your Cake stamp set and three balloons from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set to create my scene. Then I cut everything out with the coordinating Have Your Cake Confetti Cuts and Beautiful Balloons Confetti Cuts dies.

I stamped a sentiment from a the previously released Celebrations stamp set in black ink onto one of the stripes from the cover panel, and added some Diamond Stickles to the candle flames to finish off my card.

Countdown to Confetti - Day 1

Hello there! Welcome to day 1 of the Countdown to Confetti with Reverse Confetti! This month, we are celebrating Reverse Confetti's 8th Birthday and we have a present for you! Get this fun stamp set with purchase! See the blog for all of the details! :)

My card today uses the new Cup of Friendship and Happy Coordinates stamp and coordinating dies. To create my card, I started off by diecutting a piece of white cardstock using the Along the Dotted Lines Cover panel. I splattered it with some black watercolor paint. I stamped and colored the horizontal floral image from the Cup of Friendship stamp set, and diecut it with the coordinating Cup of Friendship Confetti Cuts dies.

I diecut the Happy Confetti Cuts die from white and black cardstock and adhered them together. A coordinating sentiment from the Happy Coordinates stamp set was stamped in black on a banner strip. I popped everything up with foam tape, and mounted the panel with foam tape onto an A2 card base. I cut the panel slightly smaller to let a piece of patterned paper peek out. To finish off my card, I added a scattering of clear flat sequins.
