Countdown to Confetti Day 1: Drink More Coffee & Christmas Circles

Hello there!  Welcome to day 1 of the Countdown to Confetti with Reverse Confetti!  Our November release is just around the corner!  All of the new goodies that we will be sharing with you over the next few days will be available on November 8th in the Reverse Confetti store and at your favorite retailers!

Today, have a pair of gift card sleeves to share with you using the new Scalloped Bag & Tag Creator Confetti Cuts dies.  I cut two different striped pieces using papers from the new Winter Solstice paper pad, and I cut a second piece from coordinating cardstock for the back piece of the  sleeve.  I used Scor-tape to adhere the two pieces together, leaving the top open to slide the gift card into. 

Now onto the tags!  I  diecut the new Grid  Stitched Tag Confetti Cuts die, one from Avocado cardstock and one from Iced Aqua cardstock. For the sentiment tags, I stamped two greetings from the new Christmas Circles stamp set, and diecut them with the coordinating circle die from the Scalloped Bag & Tag Creator die set.  I popped them up on a scalloped tag from the same die set.

Then, I stamped two of the coffee cups, saucers, and spoons from the new Drink More Coffee stamp set.  I colored them with Copic markers, and diecut them with the coordinating Drink More Coffee Confetti Cuts dies.  Underneath each, I added a pretty patterned napkin diecut with the square die from the Scallop Bag & Tag Creator die set.

I added some white gel pen accents to the coffee cup and saucer, and added some glossy accents to the coffee in each cup.

And finally, I clipped each tag to the gift card pocket with a small clothespin and  twine bow before stuffing some paper shred in the top of each pocket.

25 Days of Christmas Tags: Reverse Confetti

Hello there! Today, I am so excited to be participating in the 25 Days of Christmas Tags coordinated by the amazing Tracey McNeeley !  Be sure to visit Tracey's blog to see lots of other tags today and for the rest of the month!  Today is Reverse Confetti day!

My tag features a peek at some new goodies coming your way from the November release from Reverse Confetti.  New products will be showcased starting tomorrow, and every day leading up to the release on November 8th!

To create my tag, I diecut a tag from the Topped Off Tag Confetti Cuts die set from some new papers from the November release, Winter Solstice.  Then, I stamped and diecut the Christmas tree from a previously released stamp set, Christmas Bear, and diecut it with the coordinating Christmas Bear Confetti Cuts dies.   The cat in a box, mouse and rug are from a new set from the November release, Furever Friends.  I arranged my scene on the tag, adhering some pieces flat, and some pieces are popped up with foam tape.  The sentiment from Furever Friends was stamped on a piece of red cardstock and heat embossed in white.  To finish things off, I added some white gel pen accents, and some red and white twine.

Reverse Confetti November SYS Challenge

Hello, hello!  It's the first of the  month, and that  means a new SYS Challenge from Reverse Confetti!  Our theme for the month of November is Holiday and Winter!

To create my card, I started off with an A2 white card base, and I ran my Stitched Rays Cover Plate die through my diecut machine with some Premier Polar White cardstock.  Then, for my focal point, I pulled out my Fa La La Circle Confetti Cuts die set, and cut the pinked edge circle from Salsa cardstock, and the text layer from Premier Polar White.  I glued them together with a glue pen, and popped them up with foam tape in the center of the card front.  I stamped and colored the smaller snowman from the Cool Friends stamp set, and diecut him with the coordinating Cool Friends Confetti Cuts dies.  His little pom-pom fits perfectly in the open space in the circle!

To add an extra little something, I diecut some snowflakes using the Snowflake Trio Confetti Cuts dies from white cardstock and tucked them behind the center focal point.  I love white on white, and I think they were the perfect finishing touch.

CASE this Sketch #294 {Reverse Confetti}

Hi there!  Today, I have a card to share with you that plays along with the current CAS(E) This Sketch #294 and goodies from Reverse Confetti!  Here is the sketch:

To created my card, I started off with an A2 card base cut from Cloud White cardstock.  I cut a separate piece of cloud white measuring 4" x 5.25".  I used the Pointed Out Stencil and some Magenta ink to add a ombre pattern to the bottom 2/3 of the panel.  I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the Sentiment Essentials stamp set with gold embossing powder, and diecut it with the coordinating Sentiment Essentials Confetti Cuts dies.  

I stamped and heat embossed a trio of butterflies from the Butterfly Dreams stamp set with gold embossing powder, then diecut them with the coordinating Butterfly Dreams Confetti Cuts dies.  I popped everything up with foam tape, and then popped the decorated panel up on the card base as well.

Hello Bluebird October Release Showcase

Hello there!  Today, I have a fun post for you sharing all of the cards that I have created so far with the ADORABLE new release from Hello Bluebird!  The October release is available NOW in the Hello Bluebird store!

This first card uses the new Snow Play stamp set and a sentiment from the new North Pole Littles stamp set:

Yeti Or Not is a super cute set with a trio of happy yetis and a few fun friends!  Who says there isn't any such thing as a pink yeti?  

North Pole Littles might be my favorite this month!  Santa and his elves are packing the sleigh amidst a beautiful Falling Snow Background, another new set from this release!

And the Fall Buddies stamp set pairs perfectly with the previously release Spooky Scene die set for those of you who are enjoying every bit of fall and not wanting to jump into the holiday season just yet! :)

Reverse Confetti Happy FALLidays Blog Hop - Day 3

Hello, hello!  Welcome to the third and final day of the Reverse Confetti Happy FALLidays blog hop!  Today,we are celebrating Christmas!  Don't forget, today is also the last day to take advantage of the sale!  Use the code LOVEFALL to save 15% off of your entire order!

My card today is full of Christmas cheer!  To create this festive little greeting, I started off with an A2 card base.  On top of that, I layered a piece of patterned paper from the Cue the Confetti paper pad, which I diecut using the Stitched Rays Cover Panel Confetti Cuts die.  Before adding my images, I splattered on some white acrylic paint to look like falling snow.

I stamped and colored the little bear, tree, package and birds from the Christmas Bear stamp set and diecut them with the coordinating Christmas Bear Confetti Cuts dies.  For my sentiment, I stamped a greeting from the Sentimental Christmas stamp set in Midnight ink onto a banner diecut from the Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts die set.

 

I arranged my scene, and popped everything up with foam tape.  To finish things off, I added some white pen accents.
