Our Elf has arrived!!

My boys are so excited!  Our elf, Willie, has finally arrived from the North Pole!  In past years, he has arrived on our doorstep wrapped in brown paper... I guess with the rising cost of postage, Santa decided to take a cheaper route this year.  Willie arrived via parachute!

I suspect that Mrs. Claus made Willie's parachute like this. *wink*

To ensure he arrived at the correct location, this tag was tied to him...

Wonder what other kind of trouble Willie will get into during his stay?!  Stay tuned...

Hello there!  Happy Wednesday!  I have a mini card set to share with you today!  The UPS man recently delivered my Perfect Harvest Fillers stamp set and I had to ink it up right away! :)  I also used Alpha Duo, Perfect Harvest and the Mini Fruit dies and this set of 6 mini cards is packaged in the Party Favors 6 die (there are endless uses for this little bugger!)  Get ready for a ton of pictures... LOL!

December Sneak Peek #2 {The Alley Way Stamps}

Hello there!  Today I get to share a sneak peek of a new December release from The Alley Way Stamps called Love Knots. It will be available 12/1 in the TAWS Store.  It is a full size background stamp which makes for endless possibilities.  For my card today, I inked up  just a portion of the stamp to create a fun focal point.

Papertrey Ink November Blog Hop

Time again for the Papertrey Ink blog hop!  This month, we were challenged to use a cover art illustration as inspiration.  We could choose our own book, or choose from a selection that Nichole provided.  I chose to use the bottom center image here as my inspiration:

I had to resist the urge to add more to this card.  It is pretty CAS which is not usually my style, but the inspiration photo is clean and graphic.  I used the In the Meadow (snowdrifts) dies, along with several colors of cardstock to create the waves and the butterflies are the Signature Series Butterfly and Butterfly Dreams Butterfly dies.
