Wee Memories #81 & Lawn Fawn CHA Contest

Squeeking in one last project for 2011! This week, the Wee Memories Challenge - #81 is about NEW. Celebrating the NEW Year, a NEW baby, etc., or in my case, using NEW crafting goodies. For Christmas, my sister got me Lawn Fawn Hats Off To You stamp set, and I am also using another NEW Lawn Fawn set that I ordered, Critters in the Forest. In addition to participating in the Wee Memories Challenge, I will be entering this card in the Lawn Fawn CHA contest. You can find the details here.

Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge - 12.29 - 1.11

Woooo! I can't believe it is time again for another Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge! Time is just flying! I feel like I have been going 100 miles and hour for the last few weeks... I am itching for some crafty time... hopefully today :)

I love this inspiration photo. As a child of the 80s, and a lover of Rainbow Bright, everytime I see a rainbow, I smile. This new challenge starts today, December 29th and goes until January 11th. You can see all of the details here.

I used a sentiment and tiny heart from Word Salad, and a cloud from Sunny Side Up. Don't forget, you can play along even if you don't own any PS Stamps. They offer some super cute FREE digi images. Just print and create!

PTI Make It Monday - #46 - Tags

This week's PTI Make It Monday challenge - #46 - is all about making any die into a folded tag. I am all done my Christmas tags, but couldn't resist trying this technique, so I thought ahead a bit, and will probably use this for Mother's Day or something :) Butterfly Dreams is one of my favorite PTI sets, and I love layering it over the Signature Series Butterfly die.





And it is hard to pick up in the pictures, but I used a Sakura Stardust Pen for a little shimmer :)

Wee Memories #80 - Many Thanks

I love Wee Memories Challenges :) The new challenge is a 2 week challenge due to the holiday and the theme is Anything Goes.

I pulled out a bunch of my Paper Smooches stamp sets and used them to make a Thank You card. With the holidays fast approaching, you can never have too many thank you cards on hand :)

I scream, You scream...

Gift baskets are so fun to create, and they make fabulous gifts. For one of my best friends and her children, I made an icecream sundae basket. Her children and small - 6 & 3, but I didn't want to get them toys since I know they will be showered with them already this Christmas. Sometimes, consumables are the way to go... :) And besides, what is better than icecream?

I found a fun metal bucket and some cute polkadot bowls and then gathered up my toppings. To dress things up, I made tags using Papertrey Ink's Sweet as Can Be Stamp Set and Tag Sale #1 die. For the bucket tag, I used Winter Penguin, the Damask Snowflakes Dies, and the tiny icecream cone from Tag Its #4.

A Chubby Chums Christmas

If you have visited my blog before, it is no secret that I LOVE Paper Smooches Stamps. They are my favorite, hands down. I was so excited to see the release of new Chubby Chums, with the addition of Chubby Chum Pals. The sets work so well together (as do ALL of Paper Smooches stamp sets!). I needed to make some gift tags for a few presents, and couldn't resist dressing up my packages with these cuties. Aren't they cute?
