More Paper Smooches Fun!

I got some crafty time this weekend, and made this card with the intent to link it up to the Tuesday Trigger post over at Moxie Fab, but I ran out of daylight, and couldn't get any pictures to turn out, so I took my pictures this morning. Missed the deadline to link up, but I will still share with you today :)

I will admit, I LOVE a good sale. When Target clearanced out their Easter goodies, I stocked up on paper shred. Not sure that I will ever use it all (it was only $.44 a bag!) but I sure will try. I use some kraft colored shred to make the birds nest. The little bird is from the My Peeps set, and the leaves and sentiment are from the Gently Seasoned set.

Happy Monday! :)

Stamps: Paper Smooches My Peeps, Gently Seasoned
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versamark
Paper: PTI Stampers Select White, Hawaiian Shores, Smokey Shadow
Other: Copic Markers, Filigree White Embossing Powder, Popdots, Paper Shred

  2. omgosh, this is brilliant! I have yet to ink up that bird but I've been looking at it for a couple of days...the paper-shred nest is so super clever (and 44 cents a bag? How could you pass it up? Awesome!)
