Another Colored Mehndi Medallion

I made this card for the PTI July Blog Hop, and was so pleased with it that I made another using different colors for my sister's birthday a few weeks ago. :)







Supplies (all PTI unless noted):
Stamps: Mehndi Medallion, Tag Its #1
Paper: Stamper Select White, Simply Chartreuse
Ink: Mememto Tuxedo Black, Orange Zest
Dies: Tiny Tags, Banner Borders
Other: Copic Markers, Fresh Snow Twill Ribbon
