Mermaid to be Friends {Reverse Confetti}

Hi there! Today I have a Reverse Confetti card to share with you using some goodies from the June release!  To start off my card, I grabbed a piece of Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor paper and some distress inks. I used an ink blending tool to add color to the paper, and then spritzed it with water to blot up some color and leave some bleached out splatter marks.  I diecut the Scalloped Tag Layer Confetti Cuts from white cardstock and adhered that to the watercolor piece with a glue pen.  Them using the Mermaid Kisses stamp set, I stamped and colored the mermaid and her little friends and then diecut them with the coordinating Mermaid Kisses Confetti Cuts.  I popped all of the pieces up with foam tape, and added some white gel pen accents and a scattering of clear sequins.

I just can't get enough of this adorable little mermaid!  She is so fun to color and I know I will be using her lots and lots this summer!
