Hello there!! It's time for another Lawnscaping Challenge! This challenge is a fun one! Create a black and white project with just a splash of color!
This challenge is sponsored by Ellen Hutson!
I couldn't wait to ink up some of the goodies I got from the newest Lawn Fawn release! Loads of Fun is my most favorite (though I will probably say that every time I ink up a new stamp set!). I stamped and colored the washing machine, laundry basket, undies, and laundry soap, and then diecut them with the coordinating Loads of Fun dies. I diecut a piece of black and white patterned paper from the Let's Polka in the Dark 6x6 paper pad using the largest die in the Small Stitched Rectangles Stackables die set, and cut it again from black cardstock to use as the floor in my little scene. I adhered everything to the patterned paper, some pieces with glue pen, and others with foam tape. Then I added a few accents with a white gel pen. I stamped a sentiment from the same set using versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. Finally, I adhered the panel to a red card base and added a bow with some red and white Lawn Fawn Twine.
Be sure to visit the Lawnscaping Blog for lots more inspiration from the design team, and to get all of the challenge details. I hope you will join us for a chance to win an awesome prize! :)
