Hello there!!
WAHOO! It's Monday! Why am I excited that it's Monday you ask? Because today is the first day of school in our neck of the woods, AND it's time for another Lawnscaping Challenge!!
Challenge #88 is all about texture! We are sponsored this week by the super fabulous Lawn Fawn!
For my card this week, I pulled out a few sets that haven't seen ink in awhile... You've Got Mail and Flying By. To add texture to my card, I started off by running a white card base through my cuttlebug with a Tim Holtz embossing folder, then I sponged over it with a few different shades of distress ink.
We hope you'll join us for a chance to win an awesome prize! Be sure to check out the blog for lots more inspiration from the design team and for all of the challenge rules!
Thanks for stopping by! :)

ReplyDeleteLike the creation with the 2 Lawn Fawn stamp sets used which I have both of. Clicked to make a link to add to my Pinterest board but when I try to pin it I do not get any photos from your blog post to choose to pin. Was wondering if you knew why?

@Melissa (Sunshine HoneyBee) - Hi! I'm not sure what the problem could be. I have the permissions set to public, and I was just able to pin this photo to my boards. I have not heard of anyone else having this problem, but I apologize. You might be able to pin it from the Lawnscaping blog or Flickr, too. So sorry I can't be of more help.
ReplyDeleteAwesome scene! That is one of my favorite embossing folders...totally love how you inked it up! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Audrey! Karin sent me.. I'm glad she did.. darling cards =]
