PDCC#126 - I *heart* You

Happy Monday all! Getting back in the swing of things after having a week of spring break with the kiddos and my husband home. I loved every second! Gots lots of necessary stuff done around the house, and had lots of fun too! :)

So just last week, I was chosen as one of the Cream of the Crop over at Market Street Stamps for the month of March. I received my gift certificate, and placed my order right away for some goodies that had been on my wishlist. I was shocked at the amazing shipping time! I had my winnings in hand just 2 days after placing my order. Happy, happy! I couldn't wait to ink up my new set, Cheep Talk. SO adorable! With the new Play Date Cafe Challenge - #126 in mind, I chose to use Memento London Fog ink. The tricky thing about this set is that some parts of the image are solid, and some are outlined. Obviously, whatever ink color you use will determine what color bird bellies you have. :) The grey outline sort of washed out once I added my copic coloring, so I traced the outlines with a thin black marker for definition. The little word bubble and sentiment are pieces from Paper Smooches sets - Smoocheroos and Helping Hands.

That's it for now! Have a great day!! :)

Stamps: Market Street Stamps Cheep Talk, Paper Smooches Smoocheroos, Helping Hands
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, London Fog
Paper: PTI Stampers Select White, Aqua Mist Pattern Paper Pack
Other: Copic Markers, PTI Hawaiian Shores Satin Ribbon
