Reverse Confetti January Blog Hop

Hello there!  It's release day at Reverse Confetti!  All of the new goodies that we have been showcasing over the last few days are available NOW in the Reverse Confetti store and at your favorite retailers!

I have one more project to share with you!  To create this card, I started off by watercoloring a piece of watercolor paper with Distress inks.  I splattered it with black watercolor and gold metallic watercolor before diecutting the panel with the new Outlined Frame Cover Panel Confetti Cuts die.  Then, I ran the panel through my diecut machine again with the new Big Love Confetti Cuts die.  I glued the watercolor piece to an A2 card base, and inlaid the letters cut from Rose cardstock,  I cut the heart from the set out of gold glitter paper for some extra sparkle.

I stamped and colored one of the images from the new Love is in the Air stamp set, and diecut it with the coordinating Love is in the Air Confetti Cuts dies, and perched him on a heat embossed sentiment from the So Many Sentiments stamp set.  Finally, I added some white gel pen accents to finish my card.

Countdown To Confetti - Day 3

Hello there!   I am back with the Confetti Crew for Day 3 of the Countdown to Confetti at Reverse Confetti!  The January release will be available on the RC website and at your favorite retailers on January 8th!  It's an adorable release!

My card today features the new Picture Perfect stamp set and coordinating  dies with a sentiment from the new Words of Love stamp set.

To create my card, I started off by diecutting the Starstruck Cover Panel from white cardstock and ink blended it with shades of blue and black distress oxide ink.  I splattered it with clean water and again with watered down white acrylic paint before adhering it to a white A2 card base.  I stamped and colored images from the new Picture Perfect stamp set, along with some from the previously released Cookies and Milk stamp set and arranged my scene, popping up some with foam tape for dimension.

I heat embossed a sentiment from Words of Love in white on grey cardstock and popped it up, then added some white gel pane accents to finish off my card.

Countdown to Confetti - Day 2

Hello there!   I am back with the Confetti Crew for Day 2 of the Countdown to Confetti at Reverse Confetti!  The January release will be available on the RC website and at your favorite retailers on January 8th!  It's an adorable release!

Today, I used the Pencil & Treat Holder that was showcased yesterday in another way.  Being in the middle of a pandemic, and also in the middle of cold and flu season, there are so many people feeling under the weather.  I thought it would be fun to create little sleeves for tea bags that could be paired with a nice mug as a little gift for someone not feeling 100%.  To create my sleeves, I diecut the Pencil and Treat Holder from Aqua cardstock and stamped some cute little polkadots from the previously released Background Builder stamp set.  Then, I stamped and colored images from the new Farmhouse Wreath stamp set, and diecut them with the coordinating Farmhouse Wreath Confetti Cuts dies.

I scored the diecut at 3.75" which is at the half way mark, then I stamped a sentiment from the Tall Blooms stamp set, and used the Farmhouse Wreath to frame it.  I tucked a tea bag inside of each, and secured them closed with some gluedots.  To finish things off, I added some sparkle to the center of each flower with Stardust Stickles.

Countdown to Confetti - Day 1

Hello there!  It's been awhile since I posted here, but I am so excited!  I am back with the Confetti Crew for Day 1 of the Countdown to Confetti at Reverse Confetti!  The January release will be available on the RC website and at your favorite retailers on January 8th!  It's an adorable release!

For today's projects, I used the new Pencil & Treat Holder Confetti Cuts die, the fun new Layered XOXO Confetti Cuts dies, and the new Words of Love stamp set, along with the previously released Yuletide Mice stamp set and coordinating Yuletide Mice Confetti Cuts.

I started off by diecutting the Pencil & Treat Holder from Piggy Bank cardstock and stamping the XOXOXO sentiment from the Words of Love stamp set in Piggy Bank and Salsa ink to create a random pattern.  Then I diecut the Layered XOXO from Salsa and White cardstocks and glued them together with a glue pen before adhering them to the front of the treat holder.  I stamped and colored the little mouse holding the lollipop from Yuletide Mice and diecut them with the coordinating dies.

Before popping the little mice up with foam tape, I added the pencils to my treat holders and tied a little bow with some red and white gingham ribbon from my stash.  I added white gel pen accents to the mice and XOXO letters, and some glitter Stickles to the lollipop to finish things off.
