My card today uses my favorite set of the new release. Spring has Sprung!  I just love this adorable floppy bunny!  He is big enough to take center stage on a card and he looks so cute paper pieced or colored in.

Love Notes {Clear & Simple Stamps}

The Alley Way Stamps February Sneak Peek #1

Hey there!  Happy Monday!  Today is day #1 of sneak peeks for The Alley Way Stamps February release. Today, we are showcasing a new set called Tiny Treasures.  I used the cute onesie stamp and a sentiment along with the Framed stamp set to make a cute baby girl card.

Tiny Tooth Fairy Goodies - Collection 6 {Clear and Simple Stamps}

It's the last Saturday in January, and that means today brings another installment of the Collection 6 release from Clear and Simple Stamps.  These products and a few others are available now in the CSS Store, here. For my project, I used the new Doily stamp, and Tiny Note and Envie dies to make a little Tooth Fairy gift.  

I diecut felt using the largest square in the Shapes: Squares combo.  I cut 2, one for the front of my tooth fairy pillow and one for the back.  I stamped the doily image on one square using Paint the Town Pink ink.  A small heart was also cut from felt using the Shapes: Hearts combo.  

For the tooth pocket on the back of the pillow, I die cut the Tiny Envie die from the same felt and sewed it on by hand.  Two tiny buttons allow for the pillow to close using a long piece of thread and a figure-8 closure (like an office envelope).  I blanket stitched the front of the pillow to the back and stuffed with poly-fill. 

For the set of tiny tooth fairy notes, I used the Tiny Note and Envie dies again, and decorated them with the Doily, Airmail, and the hearts from Cart Pals: Occasions.  

Everything is packaged in a clear flat bottom bag.  The bag topper is the inner portion of the new Tri-fold 2 die.  The gift tag is the small Tags 1 die, and the sentiment is from Cart Pals: Occasions.

Fun with Favors {Clear and Simple Stamps}

Hey there!  Happy Tuesday!  Today is Group Project day with Clear and Simple Stamps and this challenge was to make a fun party favor using Collection 6 goodies.  I used the new Party Favor 7 treat box and Medallions 2 for my project, along with The Ragdoll: Shop and Cart Pals: Baby sets.

I diecut the Favor 7 box from  VIP Purple cardstock, and using the circle image from Medallions 2, I stamped a fun polka dot pattern (sorry that it is hard to see in the picture).  Using the Ragdoll: Stand stamp set and matching dies, I created a fun little Candy Shoppe for the front of my box.

Inside the box, there are quite a few pixie sticks!  This little box holds a ton of them, and they are a perfect fit.  With the way I tied the ribbon on the box, it was easier to slide the ribbon off of the bottom of the box that way the pretty box stays intact :)

There are so many possibilities with this box!  I can't wait to see what else fits!! :)

Airmail - Collection 6 {Clear & Simple Stamps}

Good Saturday Morning to you!  Today, I am back with the third installment of Collection 6 goodies from Clear and Simple Stamps!  Four new products are available now in the CSS Store.  This group of projects are so much fun to work with!  My project today showcases the new Airmail stamp set and coordinating Notebook Edge die.  

For the tag, I started with a 2.5" x 3.5" piece of white cardstock.  I used the notebook page lines from the Airmail stamp set and the Notebook Edge die to create a notebook page.  Using the Alpha Duo stamp set, I   stamped the words "Paper Plane Kit" and colored in with copics.  Then I stamped the "postage paid" strip and the postal stripes.  Then I stamped the "Airmail/Fragile" stamp on a hand cut banner.  The tiny heart is cut from Dare to be a Diva Red cardstock from the Build-a-Critter Owl/Kitty die set.

To create the contents of the kit, I cut pieces of plain typing paper to a size of 3.5" x 5.5" and stamped each piece with different patterns from the Airmail stamp set, being sure to stamp the same pattern on both sides so that when the paper is folded, you see the pattern on all folds. (Tip: be sure to use lightweight paper so that it folds easily and isn't too heave to fly!)

Once I had everything stamped, I packaged it up in a medium glassine bag and tied with Red/White/Blue Twine.  Using a tiny clothespin, swiped over my ink pad to make it red, I attached the little tag.  Of course, I had to make my own plane... (thank heavens for Google and little boys who can give me paper airplane making tips!)  Not only is it super cute, but it really flies too! *wink*

We Burn Bright Together {The Alley Way Stamps}

Tagged With Love Group Project {Clear and Simple Stamps}

Happy Tuesday to you!  Today is Group Post day with Clear and Simple Stamps!  We are showcasing some of the new Collection 6 goodies with Valentine/Love themed tag sets!  

Along with the new Medallions 2 stamp set (be sure to check out the Medallions 1 companion set too!), I had to break out one of my favorite CSS sets, Taglines: Critters.  You may also spy a few snipets from Designer Lines too.  Each tag is cut from the Tags 1 die.  They are all a bit different but use the same elements to tie them all together.

The Medallion sets are so much fun to color in.  It gives the images a totally different look.  It is a bit time consuming but well worth the effort when you get to the end result.  Here are a few closeup shots to show you better what I mean :)

Clear and Simple Stamps Collection 6 Release and AMAZING NEWS!

Today I get to finally share some super AWESOME news! You may remember that I was asked to guest design for Clear and Simple Stamps during their Collection 5 release back in October.  Well, I am OVER THE MOON EXCITED to tell you that I am joining the gang over at CSS as a full fledged Design Team Member effective RIGHT NOW!  EEEEEEEK!  Can you believe it?  I don't think I have stopped smiling since I accepted the invitation!  Can you tell I am excited!? I am sorry for so many capital letters but I just can't help myself.  I am a happy girl! :)

Now that I have spilled the beans, I have some goodies to share with you!  The Collection 6 release is in full swing, and today, we are sharing part 2 of the release.  Each Saturday in January, more Collection 6 products will be added to the CSS Store, and those products will be showcased on the CSS Blog and the DT Members blogs as well.

My ensemble today features the new Medallions 1 stamp set.  There is a companion set, Medallions 2, as well (I will have a project using that set up soon!).  These sets are filled with beautiful medallion images in various sizes.  Some are solid, and some out outline images, and they work perfectly together which lends to tons of versatility in these sets. 

 For today's project, I used From An Anonymous Source watermarking ink to stamp my medallions and then embossed with white embossing powder.  Using various shades of distress ink and an ink blending tool, I sponged an ombre effect over the medallion image.  The sentiments on each card are from the Cart Pals: Occasions stamp set.
